is a 30
Day allowance for
all cell phone accessories returns. Enclose a
copy of the invoice and state the reason for the
return and ship to Marquel.com (address listed
below).
We
are limited to the original retail purchase to
be free of defects in materials and workmanship
at the time of delivery. This warranty shall be
valid for one (1) year for most products from
the date of retail purchase. This warranty does
not cover any product that has been altered, modified
or damaged through misuse, negligence, accident
or improper use.
Purchase
amount is credited back your credit card
upon our receipt of both product and packaging
in original condition and inspection of returned
items. Please note that freight charges will
not be refunded. I always recommend you keep
the packaging if you're not sure you like the
product.
